Machias, ME - The mens basketball team beat St. Thomas University 86-60 in a Tuesday night game at the Reynolds Center. Coach Brac Brady was very pleased with the win stating, "We got much better tonight. Our defense was solid and we took a step forward offensively. I was very pleased with how we shared the ball and found open men. We were unselfish tonight and it showed by us shooting 58% from the field. Our defense held them to 35% from the field which I was happy to see."
The Clippers were led by Antwan Ruise 19 points. Ivory Sneed scored 14 points and Tyler Rubin had 12 points and 4 assists. The Tommies saw two players score in double figures as Ben Cripps scored 13 points and Sam Drummond scored 10 points.
